Working Principle of Automatic Torque Testing Machine
The automatic torque testing machine drives the transmission mechanism via a servo motor to apply torsional force to the specimen. Meanwhile, a high-precision torque sensor detects the torque value in real time, and an angular displacement sensor collects the torsion angle or rotating speed.
The system transmits the collected torque, angle and other signals to the control system. After processing, the torque-angle curve, maximum torque, breaking torque and other data are displayed on the touch screen or computer in real time.
The machine can automatically complete clamping, loading, holding, unloading, data recording and result judgment according to the preset program, realizing fully automatic and high-precision testing of torsional properties.
